Due date: Tuesday, February 15, 2021.

In the week3 folder created in Lab 3, acquire 3 image files the web or other sources. You can either

• use a web browser while working on one of the lab machines to download them directly into your account (you'll need an X clinet type of connection),
• or use the command wget; note that a right-click in Putty will paste the content of the Windows clipboard to it,
• or download them to your local machine and then transfer them to your Linux account using sftp.

Compress them with the tar and gzip commands under an archive named hw3images.tar.gz. You will have to upload this file to Canvas (see some suggestions at the end of Lab 3 for uploading a file from your Linux account to Canvas).

Change the permission to the 3 clipart files in your week3 directory so that everyone can read them. Write the absolute path of these three files residing in your directory as a comment to your Canvas submission. If you have done the lab correctly, then you should not have to set permissions to the folders again, they should still be working from the lab.

Upload to Canvas, Assignments, Homework 3, the file hw3images.tar.gz and the absolute path of the 3 clipart files from Ex. 2.
